Returns and refunds

We make every effort to ensure that your order is carefully dispatched to you, and we hope that you're happy with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your goods, you may return them in line with the following policy:

Our UK returns policy

If you are a customer in the United Kingdom, you get 14 calendar days to cancel your order because you have changed your mind. This two week cancellation period starts from the day you have received all of the items in your order. 

If you receive faulty goods, you may also have a right to return these goods and to ask us to repair or replace them or get a refund. You must contact us as soon as possible (within 48 hours) if your parcel arrives damaged on 0121 766 8146 or via the 'Contact Us' page..  If the parcel is visibly damaged you must report it as damaged with the courier at delivery.

If an item was purchased using a discount code or during a sale period, then we will only refund the amount that you paid (and not the amount the item was listed for).

Where we suspect fraudulent activity, including but not limited to circumstances where there are suspicious claims relating to orders having been placed, but not received, or if we suspect that you are returning items after they have been used, or items returned do not match what you ordered, we reserve the right to withhold refunds.

How to return an unwanted item:

You can return your items within 14 days of delivery, even if you have opened it for inspection. It must be returned as new and in its original packaging. 

You are entitled to a full refund of the original purchase price for the goods you wish to return, less the original shipping charges. You will not be entitled to a refund of the cost you incur in returning the item to us.

Once your return is received and inspected we'll contact you to let you know whether your refund will be processed or not, and credit your original method of payment, within 14 days.

You can return an item by completing a 'Contact Us' form on our website.  Please state in the title 'Return Request' so your request can be actioned as a priority. 

If an item you purchased was purchased with a discount voucher, then we will only refund the amount that you paid (and not the amount the item was listed for).

How to return a faulty item:

You can return a faulty item for an exchange or refund within 30 days of delivery.  

If you wish to exchange the faulty item, we'll request you package up and return the faulty item to our UK address.  Once received, we will ship the replacement out to you as a priority. 

If you wish to receive a refund, we'll request you package up and return the faulty item to our UK address.  Once your return is received and inspected we'll contact you to let you know whether your refund will be processed or not, and credit your original method of payment, within 14 days.

Manufacturers Guarantee  

If more than 30 days has passed since purchase or delivery and your item is still within its guarantee period (12 months from purchase), we may be able to offer you a prompt repair or replacement if the product is unrepairable.
